Responsibilities
Own and lead Epiq’s services strategy, reporting directly to executive leadership
Design, package, and launch customer-facing services including:
Technical support
Software maintenance
Integration & deployment support
Lifecycle and sustainment services
Rationalize and standardize existing services into clear, scalable offerings
Build the end-to-end services lifecycle: ideation → pricing → launch → performance → retirement
Establish governance, SLAs, and delivery models that work in defense environments
Lead a centralized, cross-functional services team, working closely with:
Engineering
Product
Integration
Customer delivery
Own KPIs around service attach, margin, delivery cost, customer outcomes, and revenue contribution
Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years in defense, aerospace, RF, comms, or complex engineering product companies
Direct experience building or transforming a services function around physical or hybrid products
Proven success launching paid services tied to engineered systems
Strong understanding of services P&L, pricing models, and margins
Credibility working with engineering-led organizations
Experience operating in mission-critical, regulated, or government environments
Preferred
SDR, RF systems, embedded systems, or EW exposure
Prior DoD / NATO / government customer experience
