Responsibilities
Lead and deliver enterprise-scale data governance initiatives supporting GTM and Sales organizations
Define and enforce data governance standards, policies, and operating models
Partner with senior GTM and Sales leaders to align governance programs with business objectives
Oversee data operations and data quality across internal and third-party data sources
Manage relationships with third-party data providers and ensure data compliance and accuracy
Capture, document, and translate complex business and functional requirements
Establish and maintain metadata management and data quality frameworks
Collaborate with BI, analytics, and data engineering teams to enable trusted reporting
Drive continuous improvement in data quality, consistency, and usability
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
12+ years of overall professional experience
5+ years leading projects and/or teams delivering scalable data or GTM programs
3+ years working closely with GTM and Sales organizations
3+ years of experience in Data Governance or GTM Data Operations
3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence
3+ years of experience working with third-party data providers
3+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
