Production Management One (PM1) is a company focused on delivering live event production solutions for sports and experiential marketing agencies across the U.S. The National Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales process, and ensuring successful event execution.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with PM1’s national sports and experiential agency clients
Lead discovery conversations to understand event objectives, production needs, and execution constraints
Translate client goals into well-scoped production management and rental solutions
Collaborate with pre-production planners to source, scope, and price equipment, technical solutions, and labor
Partner with production managers following pre-planning to support onsite logistics and execution readiness
Act as the primary point of contact between PM1 and clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
Proactively prospect and develop new national accounts
Own the full sales and account management process from lead generation through close, with a focus on long-term retention
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and account management, particularly in the event production industry
Strong relationship-building skills with national sports and experiential agency clients
Ability to lead discovery conversations to understand event objectives, production needs, and execution constraints
Experience in translating client goals into production management and rental solutions
Collaboration skills with pre-production planners to source, scope, and price equipment, technical solutions, and labor
Ability to support onsite logistics and execution readiness in partnership with production managers
Proven track record in prospecting and developing new national accounts
Experience managing the full sales and account management process from lead generation through close
Ability to maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
