Senior Technical Program Manager - Machine Head Subsystem

Responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of integrated program schedule, budget, resource identification, and priority discussions for large New Product Introduction programs from conception through product sunset
Coordinate deliverables, execution, and Detailed Schedules with Systems Program Managers to escalate visibility to critical path activities
Own and develop the tools and methods to facilitate world class execution and operational rigor for the team
Lead subsystem operating rhythms, work portfolio, and support resource demand planning
Define and maintain operational and financial metrics aligned with business priorities
Manage major cross-platform programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university or similar
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, Renewable Energy Engineering or related fields
Preferred
Ability to break-down complex issues, determine possible courses of action, and enable effective decision making
Ability to prioritize information, using analytical thinking for decision making
Technical aptitude and familiarity with industrial-scale projects or products
System or product-level mindset
Effective oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Established project management skills
Has in-depth knowledge of GE Vernova internal standards for product development
