Lead and manage legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, development agreements, and related transaction documents
Provide ongoing legal support for leasing, property management, and asset management activities
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure efficient execution of transactions
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
4+ years of legal experience, focus on real estate transactions preferred
