Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Follow-up with users to ensure issues have been resolved
Assist with company-wide software rollouts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma - some college is preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience using a ticketing system
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory)
