Administrative Assistant & Corporate Communications
Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is a recruitment organization seeking to hire an Administrative Support to the CEO who will also handle corporate communications. In this role, the individual will provide administrative support, manage philanthropic efforts, and oversee special projects while maintaining relationships with non-profit partners.
Responsibilities
Support the CEO of the company in administrative duties and projects
Create corporate communications regarding business initiatives and goals
Oversee organization’s philanthropic efforts / activities; including donation management
Establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, contributing to charitable programs ensuring organization’s values align
Collaborate with executive leaders and company attorney to manage trademark registrations; oversee any changes and confirm completion
Assist with corporate event and charity communications; following up as needed
Keep record of company events, trips and business travel to include notes/ communication for executives and photos
Manage special projects based on the needs of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related
Min. 5+ years of Corporate Communications and/or Administrative Support experience
Administrative skills required
Ability to multi-task and manage projects
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace (Google Drive required)
Experience with a Mac computer and proficiency in Apple products; knowledgeable on airdropping files and photos
Excellent Organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills
Preferred
Experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing a plus
Experience with philanthropic / charity work
