Responsibilities
Parts inventory inbound/outbound handling
Physical stock organization and cycle counting
RMA and defective parts management
Packing, labeling, and shipping
UPS and ERP system processing
First-level response for internal parts inquiries
Warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualification
Required
Managed daily parts receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping operations
Basic English required / Korean required
Organized inventory locations and maintained a clean, structured warehouse layout
Handled RMA processes, including defective parts separation, HDD returns, and scrap management
Performed regular physical inventory checks and basic inventory reporting
Supported internal teams (Service, Admin, CS) with parts-related requests
Prepared shipments, including packing lists and basic shipping documentation
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience (Logistics / Business / Electronics preferred)
