Responsibilities

Manage technical support tickets, primarily related to reporting and application errors
Create and modify reports using SQL and BI tools (preferably Jaspersoft; Experience with other BI/reporting tools acceptable)
Export ad hoc reports from Encore database using SQL and Excel
Investigate application errors by reviewing Oncore and server logs; Basic Linux command line usage preferred
Address performance issues, coordinate with Oncore vendor (Advara) and internal database team for troubleshooting
Attend weekly support meetings and work Eastern hours, remote work possible with flexibility for occasional travel if needed

Qualification

Required

Experience with Oncore preferred; Jaspersoft or other BI/reporting tools desirable
3-5 years of relevant experience (mid-level)
Proficiency in SQL; Oracle/PL-SQL experience is a plus
Comfortable with basic Linux command line operations
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred

Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a nice-to-have, not required
Experience with SAML/identity providers is a bonus, not required
