Full-cycle recruiting for field, skilled trades, and office-based roles
Partner with operations leaders to understand workforce and hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting documentation
Represent the employer professionally in the local labor market
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Recruiting experience in construction, trades, manufacturing, or field services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience recruiting hourly and hard-to-fill roles
Comfortable working fully on-site in a hands-on environment
