Debit Network Setup & Merchant Enablement
Configure and enable merchants for debit card processing across ~23 debit networks
Work within multiple Fiserv platforms (e.g., Buypass, FDMS/North, Omaha)
Ensure accurate setup of merchant entitlements and processing capabilities
Assist with onboarding new bank sponsorships
Create and manage BINs (Bank Identification Numbers) and ICAs (Interbank Card Association numbers) required for debit processing
Evaluate new sponsorship requirements and support implementation activities
Document operational procedures, workflows, and setup processes
Maintain accuracy and ensure documentation reflects current practices
Partner with Debit Operations team members to perform research on production issues, network setups, or merchant configurations
Support ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
Work closely with internal associates to ensure smooth execution of setups and sponsorship implementations
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to resolve issues affecting production services

5 years professional experience focused on merchant / client implementation / client entitlement
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure to resolve issues affecting production services
