Responsibilities

Conduct research, data gathering, and analytical assessments to support new business opportunities, operational enhancements, and change initiatives
Evaluate business cases that justify new investments or strategic shifts
Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders
Work with leaders and teams across the bank to understand strategic priorities and reporting needs
Extract, organize, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
Support project oversight efforts to ensure initiatives align with business requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of enterprise reporting for Group stakeholders, promoting alignment across business lines and collaboration with IT, Operations, and Business partners

Required

An undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027
Area of Study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent field
Cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through on commitments
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage
Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required
Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail
Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently on special projects
Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment

Preferred

Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business
Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake
Experience in Microsoft Office products
