Responsibilities
Own end-to-end management of marketing initiatives and key business-driving projects across wholesale customers and brands
Establish and maintain project standards, best practices, and tracking methods
Deliver executive-ready weekly and ad-hoc status updates
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product, Go-to-Market, and Global Supply Chain teams
Anticipate risks and constraints; develop mitigation plans proactively
Escalate and resolve issues through effective problem-solving and relationship management
Own forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service performance for assigned accounts
Develop forward-looking insights to identify risks and opportunities
Lead customer-level inventory and service discussions with leadership
Establish and manage planning routines tailored to account behavior
Serve as a subject matter expert on order execution, SAP controls, and GTM logic
Review complex order exceptions and make informed judgment calls
Identify systemic execution issues and lead process or policy improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
5+ years of experience in a similar supply chain or planning role
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills (lookups, IF statements, pivot tables)
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
Proficiency with SAP and enterprise/legacy database systems
Ability to turn data into actionable insights
Preferred
Experience in fashion and accessories industry
Order Management lifecycle experience
SAP AFS experience
Business Intelligence tools (SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau)
Data visualization, automation, or programming experience (Power Automate, Python, VBA, DAX)
Proven experience leading meetings and driving outcomes
