Responsibilities
Build, maintain and update robust financial models for asset-level and portfolio-level valuations, returns analysis, debt sizing and scenario analysis
Support short-, medium- and long-term business planning, budgeting and cash flow forecasting
Update models with actuals and assess impacts on financing requirements
Provide modelling support for debt financing/refinancing, M&A, investment and divestment opportunities
Lead semi-annual asset valuation updates, including assumptions setting, KPIs, sensitivities and valuation reporting
Prepare clear financial analysis and presentations for internal stakeholders, lenders, investors and the Board
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills are essential (VBA, Power Query, Power BI or similar tools highly desirable)
3-5 years proven ability to independently build and operate financial models for project finance and asset valuations
Solid understanding of valuation drivers, debt sizing and project finance structures
Experience acting as a primary modeller on debt raising or project finance transactions
