Responsibilities
Client Support : Provide a positive, reassuring experience for pet parents, ensuring they feel confident about their pets’ well-being
Procedural Assistance : Collaborate with doctors and technicians during treatment plans and surgical procedures, including safe restraint of pets
Clinic Maintenance : Keep the clinic clean and organized, ensuring it’s in top condition for patients, clients, and staff

Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary assistant
Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians
Passion for innovating and delivering best-in-class care whenever pets need it
Detail-oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow
Preferred
Previous experience in ER or urgent care medicine
