Responsibilities

Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on CMDB (CIM), Discovery, and Service Mapping
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery schedules, credentials, and probes
Build, validate, and maintain application service maps to support incident, change, and operational processes
Ensure CMDB data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through ongoing monitoring and remediation
Perform application configuration, updates, monitoring, and issue resolution
Manage user access, roles, and SSO integrations as required
Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
Partner with IT, QA, and operations teams to test changes and support production deployments

Required

4+ years of experience providing troubleshooting, configuration, administration, and support for software applications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB (CIM), ServiceNow Discovery, and ServiceNow Service Mapping is non negotiable
HS Diploma/GED required
Has 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise software applications
Brings strong, practical ServiceNow experience with CMDB (CIM), Discovery, and Service Mapping (non-negotiable)
Is comfortable owning CMDB data quality, discovery accuracy, and service map integrity
Has a support/operations mindset —able to troubleshoot issues, manage changes, and keep production systems stable
Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provides strong customer service
Is detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to document processes and follow standards
Works well independently but collaborates effectively with IT, QA, and operations teams
Is able to work on-site during business hours and provide occasional after-hours support as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to have: exposure to ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) or asset-to-CI alignment
