Information Technology Support Specialist
EPITEC is seeking an approachable, customer-focused Onsite IT Support Associate for their Buffalo office. The role involves supporting day-to-day technical operations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and providing in-person support to ensure a smooth technology experience for onsite employees.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day technical operations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Manage new hire onboarding, including device setup and user provisioning
Maintain onsite printers, laptops, and end-user equipment
Handle support requests through our ticketing and chat systems (10–60+ interactions per day)
Perform hardware swaps, software updates, and basic system builds
Provide friendly, professional in-person support in a full office environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of IT support experience
Strong background in customer service and user support
Solid understanding of Windows OS and foundational networking concepts
Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers
Excellent communication skills and a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure
Preferred
VPN troubleshooting experience
IT certifications or a technical degree (not required, but beneficial)
