Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay request
Prepare monthly owner billings
Reconcile, audit and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues
Maintain and monitor job files and document control
Review and audit reconciliations
Prepare various accounting reports
Audit monthly state use tax returns
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
