Responsibilities
Maintain plant grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, and other facility areas
Operate and perform general maintenance on mobile equipment
Assist with unloading, material handling, and general labor tasks
Support mechanical maintenance tasks and perform basic troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Other duties as assigned to support plant operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
1–3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Knowledge of processing methods and planning techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance; welding experience a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and able to adapt to varying work schedules
Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators when required
Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face
Preferred
Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred
Knowledge of cement, construction, and integrated computer systems is a plus
