Responsibilities
Design and build technical processes to develop and maintain databases, data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, etc. to develop historical trends, forecast models, and ensure workforce planning data is tracked and trended on a continuous basis
Organize and drive data insight initiatives through collaboration with stakeholders
Update and manage weekly data changes and reconcile between HR & Finance reports
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics
Collaborate with other department staff for data collection, data updates, reporting tools, and interfacing systems for change management, reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc), dashboards, forecasts, work breakdown
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables
Manage and optimize processes for data modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables
Collaborate on the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Annual Operating Plan for Capital Delivery to hire within the Fiscal Year Plan and in planning for future workforce requirements
Support Workforce Planners in the development of the Capital Delivery annual hiring plan, the five-year hiring plan, and staff transition plan
Entrepreneurial mindset to enhance and grow the Capital Workforce Planning team in support of the Capital Delivery department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
7 years of relevant work experience required
Ability to perform data analysis and develop reports for end user and stakeholder consumption
Dashboard and Modeling experience preferably with Power Bi (Tableau acceptable)
Preferred
9 years of relevant work experience
Master's Degree, or higher, in Data or Business-related field
Experience in HR Data Analytics
Experience leading data analytic initiatives
