Responsibilities
Own the design and automation of performance testing for lossless Ethernet fabrics supporting AI networks
Develop and enhance Python-based automation frameworks to streamline test execution, result collection, and analysis for RoCEv2 and NVMeoF protocols
Configure and optimize Linux servers and high-speed NICs to maximize RDMA performance, directly influencing data center efficiency and reliability
Troubleshoot and tune network protocols to ensure lossless behavior, reducing packet drops and congestion for critical workloads
Deliver comprehensive documentation and test reports to guide engineering and management decisions, shaping next-generation AI infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 4-5 years of experience in network test and automation environments
Experience in testing QOS (PFC/ECN), RoCEv2 on switches and server NICs
Experience in testing BGP/IGP routing protocol on IP or VxLAN fabrics
Linux/Ubuntu system administration and performance tuning experience
Experience in network automation using python and shell scripting
Preferred
Exposure to AI or GPU cluster interconnect testing with RoCEv2
NIC tuning for optimal GPU performance
Experience in generating traffic using Spirent/Ixia and relevant software api's
Familiarity with Cisco Nexus 9000 series switches
Working knowledge of automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
Experience with network telemetry and performance monitoring tools (SNMP, gNMI, Prometheus)
Knowledge of open config and yang models is a plus
Knowledge of VxLAN fabric is a plus
Strong collaboration and documentation skills
