Responsibilities
Build autonomous agents into development workflows and platforms
Evaluate AI models by designing and utilizing custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment
Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs and UI to support these agents
Work with bleeding edge technology that changes rapidly and evolves constantly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in software development
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent
3 years of experience with software design and architecture
Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
5 years of experience with machine learning or algorithm development related to dynamic systems
Experience programming in one of the following: Python, C++, Java/Kotlin, Golang
