Material Handler
Talent Bridge is seeking a Material Handler to support operations at a cement manufacturing facility in Ada, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for the safe receipt, handling, storage, testing, and tracking of alternative materials and fuels while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and operational procedures
Maintain compliance with AFR policy, A-Cert, ISO, and MSHA certifications
Receive, unload, store, and track alternative materials in line with safety and quality standards
Analyze, evaluate, and document materials received at the pre-processing platform
Perform and document required inspections and testing (shift, daily, weekly, monthly)
Submit inbound load information to Geocycle and LH personnel in a timely manner
Perform customer service tasks, including scheduling deliveries with transporters or generators
Use SAP and WFMS for material approvals, load scheduling, receipts, billing support, and purchase requisitions
Collect samples of alternative fuels and raw materials for laboratory analysis
Conduct required laboratory testing
Calibrate and repair analytical equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Coordinate reporting between Geocycle and plant operations, including inventory and composition reports
Identify and report co-processing or maintenance issues promptly
Notify the Facility Supervisor of downtime via radio, call, or text
Perform mobile equipment safety inspections prior to use
Complete all required safety inspections
Actively promote and demonstrate adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy industry or material handling
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Proactive, self-motivated, and improvement-focused
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
License to Lead and OH&S competency knowledge preferred
