Track and document all customer interactions to streamline communication and support across departments
Conduct face-to-face sales in retail settings, engaging customers directly inside high-traffic locations

Investigate and resolve client concerns using collaborative strategies and team resources
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales, communication, and customer engagement skills
Foster strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term client retention
Qualification
Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a face-to-face retail sales environment
