Hatch Pros is seeking a MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Analyst to support and optimize revenue cycle workflows within the MEDITECH 5.67 Client/Server environment for hospitals. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient revenue cycle processes and system stability.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Support and maintain MEDITECH Revenue Cycle modules within the 5.67 C/S platform, including:
– Registration / Scheduling
– Admissions (ADT)
– Charging
– Accounts Receivable (AR)
– Billing / Claims
– Abstracting
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and workflow issues
Configure, test, and validate revenue cycle system changes
Support go‑lives, upgrades, enhancements, and remediation efforts
Collaborate with revenue integrity, billing, coding, and finance stakeholders
Assist with revenue cycle optimization to improve cash flow and billing accuracy
Develop and maintain system, workflow, and support documentation
Participate in end‑user training and provide ongoing application support
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues

Required

MEDITECH 5.67 Client/Server (C/S) experience
Revenue Cycle application support in a hospital or health system environment
Strong understanding of front‑end through back‑end revenue cycle workflows (registration through AR)
Ability to analyze workflows and recommend system solutions
Experience testing and validating system changes
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred

Acute care or LTACH support experience
Experience supporting multi‑facility health systems
Knowledge of hospital billing, claims, and reimbursement
Experience with system upgrades or optimization initiatives
