Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities by contacting leads to meet or exceed monthly sales and renewal targets
Establish and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth and increase the customer base
Analyze accounts to identify upsell and renewal opportunities and resolve customer issues promptly
Complete continuous training to maintain product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness
Demonstrate professionalism and cooperative behavior in interactions with customers and internal teams
Sustain monthly call activity goals to support sales pipeline development and customer engagement
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Required

Prior industry experience in sales and account management, particularly within the government sector
Ability to generate new sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly sales and renewal targets

Ability to resolve customer issues promptly
Commitment to continuous training to maintain product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness
