Responsibilities
Prepare and present monthly reporting packages, with clear and concise explanations of variances drivers
Design, prepare and update financial models in Excel to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Effectively communicate financial results within the business; develop routine and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
Work cross-functionally with business partners to ensure alignment and consistent messaging
Identify, measure and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operational and financial metrics
Seek continuous improvement opportunities in reports and processes to improve content and streamline production and distribution
Develop and publish PowerBI reporting products for executive audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
4+ years of experience in finance or financial planning and analysis
2+ years of PowerBI development experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and creating complex formulas and models in Excel with large amounts of data in various formats
Strong financial acumen and the ability to influence others with data-driven support
Leadership and professional presentation experience
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA or MS)
Experience working with cross-functional team across an organization
General knowledge of GAAP
