Responsibilities
Assist in the set-up, operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment
Monitoring experiments
Making observations and calculating and recording results
Serve as a critical liaison and coordinator for the principal investigator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field required
Experience combining laboratory research with administrative or operational responsibility in an interdisciplinary research setting
Experience supporting regulatory or compliance documentation in an academic laboratory
Interest in research operations, laboratory management, or project coordination
Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, biochemistry, and/or molecular biology techniques
Familiarity with standard laboratory instrumentation and data documentation practices
Preferred
Experience in an academic or industrial basic science laboratory highly preferred
