Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for a new business segment, driving data-driven decision-making and business strategy
Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, marketing, and senior leadership to develop financial models that support growth and profitability
Provide actionable financial analytics and reporting about key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify opportunities
Support budgeting and expense management to ensure efficient allocation of resources
Help shape strategic initiatives by delivering value-added financial insights
Implement the financial processes and tools to support a new business
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in Finance, Business, or Quantitative fields
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field
Proven experience in driving and supporting new business growth from a Finance perspective
Preferred
15+ years of experience in Finance, Business, Quantitative fields, and start-up businesses
Highly proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working across multiple teams
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing detailed financial operations
Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth
Experience with SAP
MBA or advanced degree in Quantitative fields
