Define and execute product management strategies that support telematics innovation and business growth
Serve as the primary liaison with industry partners to propagate the adoption of mesh hardware
Lead value realization initiatives by collaborating with department stakeholders to maximize ROI
Develop and maintain strong external communication channels with railroad partners to ensure alignment and transparency
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product roadmap decisions
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and IT policies
Champion digital security and enforce best practices across telematics systems
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Required
