Responsibilities

ServiceNow Engineering: Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases (e.g., sales enablement, lead management, partner ops)
AIA Studio Development: Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes
AI System Design: Design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation
RAG + KG Solutions: Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal
Agentic Workflows: Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution (e.g., lead routing, customer scoring, higher deal velocity)
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Business Operations to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact

Strong ServiceNow expertise
Experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions

Design AI-powered systems using LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval
Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs
Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution
Cross-functional collaboration skills with Product and Business Operations

Preferred

Experience with Agentic AI
Knowledge of MLOps / AIOps
Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance
