Fleet Resources Coordination Analyst
AERMOR is seeking a Fleet Resources Coordination Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for the scheduling, coordination, and management of U.S. Navy Fleet resources in support of Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Test (OT) events. The role involves supporting program test directors and coordinating Fleet resources for various test programs while ensuring efficient resource utilization and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide technical and analytical support to Operational Test Directors (OTDs) for the planning, scheduling, and execution of OT events
Support program test directors in the scheduling and management of Fleet resources for DT activities
Coordinate and schedule Fleet resources (ships, submarines, and aircraft) for Navy and multi-service acquisition and non-acquisition test programs
Investigate feasibility and coordinate routine and emergent Fleet service requests for DT and OT testing
Review Fleet resource requests to identify collaboration opportunities across test programs
Coordinate with test agencies, Fleet schedulers, and program offices to combine test events when feasible, maximizing Fleet resource utilization and reducing T&E costs
Draft and process Request for Services (RFS) messages
Conduct Fleet resource scheduling briefings on a bi-monthly basis
Maintain records of Fleet resource requests, including disposition status, fill rates, and cancellations
Brief Fleet support status for Test and Evaluation activities annually
Keep test coordinators informed of Fleet support coordination status and elevate issues to leadership and Fleet Support Action Officers
Input, update, and maintain test data
Communicate and coordinate primarily via email with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience scheduling Fleet resources in support of operations, training, and/or testing
Experience preparing and delivering written and oral briefings to senior military and civilian leadership
In-depth knowledge of: CFFC Operation Order 2000 (CFFC OPORDER 2000)
In-depth knowledge of: COMPACFLT Operation Order 201
In-depth knowledge of: Fleet resource scheduling processes for DT and OT testing
Working knowledge of SECNAV 5000 series instructions and the Navy acquisition process as it relates to Test and Evaluation
Knowledge of Navy-wide T&E policies, procedures, and Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) principles
Familiarity with East Coast and West Coast training and testing ranges supporting DT and OT
General knowledge of DoD systems acquisition processes
General knowledge of DoD and Navy Test and Evaluation organizations and associated documentation
Thorough understanding of U.S. Navy ship, submarine, and aircraft capabilities, command structures, mission sets, and organizational relationships
Ability to analyze operational test requirements and align appropriate Fleet units to evaluate warfighting capabilities
Understanding of DT and OT test priorities and the impacts of delayed or unfilled Fleet resources on test programs and Fleet readiness
Ability to identify common objectives across multiple test programs to promote collaboration and resource efficiencies
