Responsibilities
Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of ground breaking EBeam tool software
Drive multi-functional planning, execution, tracking, and course correction
Take on sophisticated software and system‑level challenges with creativity and persistence
Work with applications engineers and marketing to define feature requirements and priorities
Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to optimize software‑hardware interactions
Think beyond software—propose comprehensive, system‑level solutions
Bring curiosity and interest in physics, optics, and how electrons shape the world
Qualification
Required
Education background in Engineering or Software
Strong experience in software development for sophisticated systems
Experience leading a sophisticated software product from conception to delivery
Validated ability to solve deep technical problems across software, hardware, and system boundaries
Ability to partner effectively with cross‑disciplinary teams (systems, hardware, applications, marketing)
Comfort working in fast‑paced R&D environments where priorities evolve
Systems‑level approach: understanding how software, hardware, and physics fit together
Interest or background in physics, optics, electron beam systems, or related fields
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
