Responsibilities
Establishes on-site and corporate processes surrounding compliance with all Affordable Housing Programs reporting and regulations
Works closely with the Regional Property Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager in the preparation and distribution of compliance reports to various governmental agencies and properties
Provides guidance, training, and support as necessary to ensure properties are set up for success
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing compliance with Affordable Housing Programs and regulations
Ability to evaluate current methods of compliance and implement appropriate measures
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and ensure compliance
Experience in preparing and distributing compliance reports to governmental agencies
Ability to provide guidance, training, and support to property management teams
