Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for People SSC processes, programs, and policies, providing guidance and problem-solving support to the team and stakeholders
Lead and execute regional and global projects focused on process optimization, efficiency gains, and delivering a world-class employee experience
Design, document, and implement scalable business processes that align with global standards and evolving business needs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (HR, HRIS, Payroll, IT, and business leaders) to ensure processes are compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and SLAs; proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Regularly audit data for accuracy and completeness, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions. Monitor HR compliance and support audit and control activities related to SSC-managed processes
Lead onboarding and training for new hires, and cross-train team members to ensure strong backup coverage and operational resilience
Manage and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives and continuous improvement projects as required
Provide Tier 1 support for Jira tickets related to People Operations; troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT or vendors for escalations

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Support or related position
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis and reporting functions
Hands-on experience with systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Zendesk, PeopleSoft, and Workday; experience with Greenhouse is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Proven experience managing global, multi-region processes within a shared services or People Operations environment
Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor team members, act as a trusted advisor, and provide coverage in the manager's absence
