Responsibilities
Own and guide solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics implementations
Define and enforce integration patterns and architectural standards
Identify and mitigate architectural and delivery risk early
Support program teams through design, build, testing, and stabilization
Act as a senior technical authority in escalated situations
Translate complex technical decisions into clear guidance for leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Solution Architecture roles
Significant, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Strong integration background (Azure, middleware, APIs)
Experience supporting large, complex, multi-workstream programs
Comfortable operating in high-pressure, delivery-focused environments
Preferred
Experience stabilizing or recovering challenged programs
Exposure to regulated, multi-country, or enterprise-scale environments
Experience working with multiple vendors and SI partners
Knowledge of Dayforce
