Responsibilities
Provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support for assigned senior management, departments, leaders, and organizational initiatives
Support day-to-day office operations, including mail processing, meeting space coordination, and general administrative needs
Coordinate requests and compile, distribute, and track information across departments
Prepare, maintain, and distribute departmental, operational, and program-related reports
Perform clerical and administrative duties including scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing, and documentation
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to support consistency, examinations, audits, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
4+ years of progressive administrative support experience, with at least 2 years supporting departmental and senior management level leaders
Demonstrated experience operating independently in a complex, regulated environment
Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential financial information
Working knowledge of financial industry
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred, not required
