Collaborate with clients and internal teams on structuring, tax planning, and compliance for private equity deals and fund transactions
Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to support client transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate tax-related provisions in transactional documents
Deliver tailored solutions to clients to optimize their tax positions in complex deals
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of relevant transactional tax experience
Expert tax guidance on transactional matters, with a focus on general M&A and partnership issues
Collaboration with clients and internal teams on structuring, tax planning, and compliance for private equity deals and fund transactions
Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to support client transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate tax-related provisions in transactional documents
Deliver tailored solutions to clients to optimize their tax positions in complex deals
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Licensed and in good standing in their state of practice
Preferred
Experience with M&A and partnership matters
Completed or pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation
