Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities between internal teams, clients, and outside agencies to ensure timely completion
Format and edit proposals, letters, and reports from draft to client-ready
Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using internal management systems
Compile and organize documentation for submissions, permits, and approvals
Support project managers by monitoring milestones, updating dashboards, and maintaining accurate records
Assist in preparing applications, meeting materials, and presentations for public hearings or client meetings
Facilitate communication across disciplines to maintain project momentum and clarity
Follow filing and document management standards for both electronic and paper records

Required

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience; experience in civil engineering, environmental, or land development settings preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Newforma or project tracking software a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client correspondence
Excellent time management and follow-up abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

associate or bachelor's degree
experience in civil engineering, environmental, or land development settings
experience with Newforma or project tracking software
