Responsibilities

Lead the selection, development, and deployment of AI agents across the organization
Personally code and implement AI agents (Python-focused)
Oversee end-to-end AI initiatives, from concept through rollout and adoption
Partner closely with business leaders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Lead AI and data science efforts including a pricing engine and broader engineering-focused AI projects
Help define AI strategy, governance, ROI measurement, and best practices across the company

Required

Proven experience building and implementing AI agents
Strong Python coding background (hands-on, not just oversight)
