Responsibilities
Coordinate candidate interviews by scheduling and managing all communications accurately and timely
Prepare all interview materials for incoming candidates
Responsible for input of data into multiple platforms
Point of contact to field questions related to recruiting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of experience in a legal recruiting support role, preferably in a law firm
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Thrives in a support role and is able to pivot as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
Must be technologically resourceful with MS Suite software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel); preferably would also have proficiency with LawCruit or VI applicant tracking systems
Ability to maintain information accurately and maintain confidentiality with a strong focus on white glove customer service
