Sales Development Representative
Honest Search is currently partnered with a number of high-growth SaaS companies who are actively hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their teams in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and building early-stage pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities
Generate top-of-funnel pipeline for Account Executives and Sales Leadership
Prospect into target accounts to identify influencers and decision-makers
Qualify inbound leads and execute targeted outbound outreach
Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work 5X a week in San Fran office
12+ months of experience in B2B SaaS sales OR a strong technical background (e.g. experience with developer tools)
Must have a strong technical understanding
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
Coachable, driven, and eager to grow within a sales organization
Interest in being at the forefront of a company's go-to-market strategy
