Responsibilities
Advanced AR Management & Analysis : Review AR aging, prioritize at-risk accounts, and resolve complex denials, discrepancies, and underpayments
Contract Review : Validate payer reimbursement accuracy against contract terms
Root Cause Analysis : Identify denial trends and develop corrective action plans
Process Optimization : Document and improve workflows
Escalated Claims : Handle high-dollar or complex insurance follow-ups
Training & QA : Train staff and conduct audits
Communication & Liaison : Interface with payers and leadership
Qualification
Required
4–6 years revenue cycle or AR experience
Advanced knowledge of payer guidelines and medical billing
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience mentoring or training staff
