Test Technician (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities
Set up and execute environmental tests in accordance with approved test procedures and work instructions
Operate and program environmental thermal chamber controllers to achieve specified test profiles
Configure and operate data acquisition systems to capture accurate and reliable test data
Monitor tests in progress, maintaining detailed test log sheets and recording data as required
Ensure test activities comply with applicable military, aerospace, and customer compliance standards
Identify, document, and communicate test anomalies or issues to engineering and management
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized test environment
Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing technical knowledge and best practices with team members
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational and business needs
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of military and aerospace compliance standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Ability to share knowledge, mentor others, and assist with task delegation as required
Positive, 'can-do' attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must successfully pass an extensive background check, drug screening, and DMV review
High school diploma or equivalent required
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
Preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience performing environmental testing
Technical training, vocational education, or associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field
