Social Media Specialist - Paid and Organic
ClicOutdoor Creative Agency is a creative and marketing agency specializing in the automotive and off-road lifestyle industry. They are seeking a Social Media & Paid Media Specialist responsible for managing organic and paid media across client accounts, focusing on community engagement and performance tracking.

Responsibilities
Be the person behind the posting – manage the posting for multiple client accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (1–4 posts per client per week)
Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy, including developing content calendars and aligning posts with relevant seasonal, thematic topics throughout the year
Write unique, relevant captions and copy that are aligned with each brand’s voice and industry
Coordinate with internal creative teams and the Creative Director on content selection, planning, and final rollout
Be responsive and continuously engaging the client’s online community (e.g., responding to comments, DMs, forums, groups, and stories)
Analyze post performance, engagement and provide clients and internal team with monthly reporting and insights to continuously improve upon what resonates best with audiences
Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and viral moments – always looking for new content inspiration
Optimize client bios that are aligned with the core mission and value proposition of the business
Work with our creative team and the Head of Marketing to develop ad concepts, including the development, launch, and management of all client Meta ad campaigns
Continuously test new creative concepts, audiences, targeting strategies, and ad copies through comprehensive A/B testing and iteration
Track and optimize monthly ad budgets across multiple clients
Continuously check on all performance metrics in order to continuously learn what creatives are working and which are not (e.g., includes CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions)
Collaborate with creative teams to adapt ad creatives whenever necessary to keep the ad account updated with fresh content that performs well and communicates the brand voice
Prepare reporting dashboards and monthly performance summaries for client meetings and internal review sessions
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing or related field
2-3 years experience managing brand social media accounts
2-3 years experience managing Meta ad campaigns (agency experience a plus)
Comfortable managing multiple client account posting calendars
Have a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Have a strong understanding of Meta performance metrics (e.g., how to interpret ROAS, CTR, CPM, and how it impacts the business from a strategic level)
Have experience with video editing and design apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, Canva)
Have experience with third party attribution sites (e.g., TripleWhale)
Ability to work in team management tools, managing tasks and internal communications effectively (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Content Storage Software, ChatGPT)
