Warehouse Inventory Analyst

The Warehouse Inventory Analyst is responsible for accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse processes, and safety leadership while leading process improvement initiatives and collaborating with various teams for logistics planning.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials when applicable
Manage and maintain accurate inventory transactions and reporting within SAP
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
Develop and implement standard work documents to ensure consistency and efficiency
Complete scheduled cycle counts and work with Finance
Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives such as 5S and lean practices
Promote and enforce a culture of safety throughout the warehouse; collaborate with safety teams to implement improvements
Support scheduling and coordination of transportation and shipping activities
Train team members on warehouse best practices and safe operation of equipment
Manage daily operations across three Raw Material warehouses
Oversee inbound material receipt, inspection, and storage in compliance with regulatory standards
Coordinate timely transfers of raw materials to FG distribution centers to meet production and customer demand
Drive initiatives for automation and digitalization where applicable
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with planning teams to prevent shortages or excess inventory
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and traceability
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of warehousing experience
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Proven experience with SAP inventory management and warehouse processes
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of logistics and transportation planning
Ability to create clear and effective standard work documentation
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
