They are seeking driven and motivated Junior Consultants to participate in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management for global clients, focusing on supply chain modules and optimizing customer business processes.

Responsibilities
Participate in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) for global clients with emphasis on supply chain modules
Analyze, document, and optimize customer business processes
Perform fit/gap analyses and support solution design activities
Develop functional specifications for required system modifications
Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system configurations
Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, project management, and customer stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree: Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Foundational understanding of core business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash)
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and their business value
Interest in developing functional and consulting expertise within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Internship or professional experience in consulting, supply chain, IT, or a related area
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and customer-service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel (25%โ50%), including internationally
