Director - EBT Program Director
The State of Missouri is seeking a Director for the EBT Program. This role involves overseeing the Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer program and ensuring the effective administration of child nutrition programs to provide nutritious meals to students.

Responsibilities
Direct and participate in the development of the Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) program, also known as SUN Bucks under the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)
Create objectives, operation, and administration of the Summer EBT program and related student eligibility processes under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
Organize, supervise and direct the activities of EBT personnel
Review and implement procedures for Summer EBT and NSLP student eligibility
Contact school district authorized representatives to obtain student data required for benefits
Collect and confidentially review school student directory data on excel spreadsheets and automated databases
Coordinate in the development of an electronic database for streamlined student data collection
Track data submission activity and conduct follow-up with school districts as needed
Assist in receiving phone calls from school districts and provide professional customer service to help provide a resolution
Compare student directory submissions from school districts to internal verification reports that compare total number of free or reduced eligible students the school submitted
Communicate with the Department of Social Services (DSS) and technical staff concerning student directory files and provide resolutions
Maintain Summer EBT guidance and related free or reduced-price eligibility manuals for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) participating in NSLP
Research and coordinate in the participation of the Direct Certification with Medicaid program
Compile and prepare data for EBT budget and submit data in Food and Nutrition Services (FNS), Food Program Reporting Systems (FPRS) reports
Perform other related work as assigned
Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field from an accredited college or university
Four or more years of progressive experience in Child Nutrition Programs, elementary/secondary education, government, policy, food assistance benefits or closely related experience, and possession of a high school diploma or equivalency
