Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for Kouper’s core products and agentic workflows, utilizing rigorous prioritization frameworks to balance company objectives with client needs
Drive the rapid scaling of agentic systems to support growing patient volumes and complex interactions, while defining quality measures and conducting experiments to optimize performance
Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify pain points, rapidly prototyping and validating new features through an MVP-first approach to ensure product-market fit
Serve as the primary bridge between technical (Engineering, ML) and non-technical (Operations, Sales, Marketing) teams to refine requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery
Qualification
Required
4+ years of technical product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically shipping AI-native or agentic products
Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting will be considered
Proven track record of scaling AI/data products to handle significant increases in users, data volume, and interaction complexity
Ability to understand the architecture of agentic systems and a proven track record of building complex data products alongside engineering teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and using data to drive product decisions and measure success
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in Sales and Marketing
A high-ownership mindset, willing to step outside the traditional PM role to deliver the best possible patient experience
Preferred
Experience building and scaling products from 0-to-1 in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
Experience with API integrations and interoperable solutions (e.g., Epic or Cerner)
