Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for Dell server and data center systems, ensuring rapid issue resolution and minimal downtime
Perform hardware maintenance including server builds, swaps, component replacements, and firmware updates
Troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems
Support reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures
Partner with customers and internal teams during service events
Document work performed and contribute to shared knowledge
Participate in on-call rotations and extended coverage as required

Relocation Required – Please Read First
Experience supporting servers or data center hardware in enterprise or customer-facing environments
Hands-on expertise with server components (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, full server swaps)
Ability to work independently onsite in a production data center
Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
Willingness to support emerging technologies, including AI platforms
Openness to relocation to Childress, TX (required)
3+ years of experience in data center, field service, or enterprise hardware support roles
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Due to potential government contract requirements, this position is limited to US Citizens or US Permanent Resident
Preferred
Senior-level experience strongly preferred
New build, expansion, or site stand-up experience strongly preferred
Dell or other OEM certifications a plus (not required)
